29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

A LIVING ROOM-bedroom with a sofa, prepared to sleep two people. The room also has a flat-screen SMART TV.
A PERFECTLY equipped KITCHEN with all the basic kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator... Everything to enjoy a fantastic homemade holiday meal.
A complete bathroom with a bathtub, gel and shampoo, hand soap, and a hairdryer. It is exceptionally comfortable and spacious.
A master BEDROOM with a double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings.
A second BEDROOM with two single beds and a wardrobe for storing belongings.
In the third ROOM, there is a sofa bed for two people, equipped with a flat-screen SMART TV with high-speed Wi-Fi to enjoy your Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO accounts... It also has various board games for fun with family or friends.
In the POOL area, you can enjoy the pool, a wonderful barbecue, and a mini bar where you can have a refreshing drink while contemplating the excellent sea views. Additionally, the views are incredibly wonderful. It is impossible to describe them through text or images. You must experience and feel the essence of this environment firsthand.

The villa is located in Candelaria near the village of Araya. This means that, due to its location, you can enjoy activities such as hiking on local trails in the municipality of Candelaria, which are just 300 meters away. Additionally, in just 10 minutes by car, you will reach the center of Candelaria where there are various restaurants, bars, cafes, and a shopping center.
One characteristic feature of this wonderful island is our excellent climate. Therefore, visiting our nearby beaches is almost a must.
In Tenerife, there are two airports: Tenerife North Airport, just 28 minutes (25 km) away, and the South Airport, just 35 minutes away, with easy connections to the highway in both directions.
Near the property, there is a small supermarket. If your holidays require a larger purchase, in just 10 minutes you can access various supermarkets (Mercadona, Hiperdino...).
